David Bacci
Associate Principal
David has worked extensively in the public and private sectors, serving the government, energy, and land development markets. During his 20-year engineering career as a Design Engineer, Project Engineer and Project Manager, his progressively increasing involvement in broadly diverse projects has afforded him a knowledgeable perspective of any project he undertakes. His Water Resources expertise is focused in stormwater and floodplain management, including CLOMR and LOMR development and processing. David’s Land Development experience has included many multi-thousand-acre master-planned community projects, providing him a unique, comprehensive understanding of, and expertise in the planning and design of water, wastewater, roadway and stormwater systems. His stormwater expertise includes innovative, Low Impact Development (LID) design solutions for the significant master-planned communities he has served. David’s experience in the Energy market for wind, solar, and oil and gas development projects has included the planning, design and coordination of the surveying, environmental, civil engineering, and construction-phase aspects of these projects. His services in the federal, state and local government markets have included potable water, roadway, and stormwater infrastructure projects, providing design, studies, construction drawings, technical specification and contract documents, permitting, and construction engineering and administration. David has also worked extensively with FEMA as a Project Manager on disaster relief projects.
