Terracina Design provides Civil Engineering, Permitting Support, and Landscape Architecture services for the design and development of community amenities throughout Colorado. Our Civil Engineering Team supports projects through planning, entitlement, design, and permitting—delivering construction and grading plans for parks, open spaces, trail systems, recreation centers, and other public and private amenity spaces.
