JARROD FERRAN

Project Manager

Jarrod began his engineering career in New Orleans doing Public Works road design, coastal restoration, and designing/inspecting levees following Hurricane Katrina. Looking for a change, he set out on a six-month road trip exploring the country. On one of his stops through Denver, he fell in love with the mountains and began his new career in land development.

Jarrod has experience in residential master-planned communities in Castle Rock, Commerce City, and Douglas County. He is the project engineer responsible for grading, utilities, and drainage. Jarrod enjoys spending his time watching football, UFC, and playing fantasy football. He’s an automation nerd who’s coded hundreds of lisps and loves tackling challenging workflow issues.
